Ice Flow

Share the joy of skating with Elin Schran in this gentle, yoga-inspired edge class. Start the session off-ice with Sock Flow in our spacious Group Exercise Room or Legends Hall. Then, lace up your skates and take to the ice for a relaxing and inspiring 60-minute skate.

A discount is available if you sign up for both SockFlow & IceFlow!

This class is for adult skaters (18+) of all levels. Figure AND Hockey skates are welcome!
